About the author

Cristina Carolan is the owner of Chef Veggie, a plant-based personal chef and holistic lifestyle service. A lifelong traveler, she has lived in Japan twice, visited her mother’s homeland of the Philippines many times, and called three Hawaiian islands home.

A Rouxbe-certified Plant-Based Professional, Cristina has over 25 years of experience cooking for family, friends, temples, and clients. Plant-Based Pacific is her first cookbook. She currently lives in upstate New York with her husband, Sean, and their dog and cat, Mikan and Mochiko.
